FlyCRM Pro 1.1.0 is our biggest release yet.
It brings a visual workflow builder, two-way sync with Mailchimp and MailPoet, an AI connector over MCP, an in-app License page, and a rebuilt payments and invoicing experience, plus a long list of fixes across deals, custom fields, products and the dashboard.
Here's everything that's new.
Licensing & updates
- New: A License page inside the app (FlyCRM › License) to activate, refresh and deactivate a FlyCRM Pro or LTD key, showing the plan, expiry and activations. The Plugins screen now names the plan (for example "FlyCRM Pro – Starter"), and FlyCRM LTD ships as its own zip with its own Appsero product.
- New: Licensing and automatic updates run through Appsero. Pro writes are refused while a licence is inactive, and the free plugin shows Pro screens as a locked preview.
- Fix: Your licence is kept if a refresh cannot reach the licensing service, and wp-admin stays up if the free plugin is deactivated while Pro is active.
Workflow automation
- New: A visual, canvas-based workflow builder — a searchable trigger catalogue (records, deals, documents, WooCommerce), branching conditions, an action library, a Publish step with pre-flight checks, and a run history that shows the exact path each run took.
- Fix: Every run is counted under Enrolled and shows the steps and branches it took; each step is checked before publishing; unsaved changes to a live workflow are marked "not yet live"; deleting a workflow warns that its history goes too; converting a lead enrols the new contact; and an Update Field step can set a status, source, owner, company or stage by name.
Mailchimp integration
- New: Push contacts and tags to a Mailchimp audience as they change, receive subscriber events by webhook (with a scheduled poll as fallback), and map inbound subscribers to contacts or leads.
- Fix: Acts only on the configured audience, applies an inbound subscriber's name, moves the subscriber when a contact's email changes, tests the API key from its own screen, and reports how the last sync ended.
MailPoet integration
- New: Two-way sync between MailPoet lists and CRM contacts, run as paged background jobs, with bounces remembered and a Sync Now panel that reports progress.
- Fix: A sync now survives the PHP time limit and resumes where it stopped.
AI assistants (MCP)
- New: An MCP connector that Claude and other MCP clients use to read and act on your CRM — OAuth sign-in, a tool catalogue, and an activity log of every tool call.
Payments & invoicing
- New: A payment is recorded when an invoice is marked paid, refunds can be recorded against a payment, and manual payment methods are always available regardless of gateway settings.
- Fix: A payment cannot exceed the balance due (individually or two at once); a refund is its own row and comes off revenue on the day it is returned; payments and refunds appear on the customer's timeline; the invoice summary refreshes instantly; and revenue now counts only money actually received.
Products & catalogue
- Fix: Creating and updating products works again, and agents can no longer create or delete catalogue products.
- Improvement: A first-run empty state for the products list.
Deals & pipeline
- Fix: A deal's stage history now shows for managers and administrators, refreshes when the stage changes, and keeps drawing after a stage is deleted; the default pipeline can be set in Settings.
Custom fields
- Fix: Values are validated before the record is saved, required fields are marked, a Select field keeps its options, and date fields display consistently.
Dashboard & interface
- New: A documents donut card plus improved revenue and task-board cards; custom fields, settings tabs and payment-gateway cards now match the new design.
- Fix: The Add Product and Record Payment panels scroll their fields; in dark mode, ticked checkboxes and card corners render correctly; and after an update the browser loads the new stylesheet and scripts instead of cached ones.
- Improvement: Clearer empty states, descriptions and help text.
Security
- Security: Gateway secrets and the Mailchimp webhook secret stay out of API responses; creating, editing and deleting email templates is limited to managers and administrators; and a capability a role no longer holds is revoked when the plugin updates.
