Affiliate Policy

Last updated: October 16, 2026

FlyCRM is built and operated by weDevs Pte. Ltd. The FlyCRM affiliate program runs through the weDevs affiliate program, and this Affiliate Policy sets out how it works, how commissions are earned and paid, and the rules every affiliate must follow. By joining the program, you agree to these terms.

1. How Does It Work?

As an affiliate member, you are essentially part of our sales team. For every person you refer to our site that makes a purchase, you get a commission. The more people you refer, the better chances you have of making more money.

2. Do We Accept Coupon Site Affiliates?

No. weDevs does not accept coupon site affiliates because they do not generate new traffic. Suppose someone comes to our site to buy FlyCRM, then searches for a “FlyCRM coupon code”, lands on a coupon site, and comes back to us through that site’s referral link. The coupon site has not actually recommended our product to that visitor. We never accept referrals from coupon sites.

3. How Do I Promote FlyCRM?

The most popular way is linking to our site with either a banner advertisement or a text link. We provide several examples and banner ads so it is easy for you to get started right away.

4. How Quickly Can I Get Started?

Our short application only takes a minute to complete and you are instantly approved into our program. From within your affiliate account, you will have access to our library of banners, which are embedded with your unique tracking code. That is how we can tell whether a referral came from you or somebody else.

5. How Much Money Can I Make?

We offer a 20% commission on each successful sale. There is no limit on the amount you can earn each month. The harder you work to promote us, the better chances you have of making more money.

6. How Does the Program Work?

For example, say person A sees a FlyCRM banner ad on your site. They click through it and purchase a plan for $199. You will earn $39.80 as a commission (20%). The commission, or the order, needs to be 30 days old before the commission can be withdrawn.

7. How Will I Know If I Earned a Commission?

You will be notified instantly by email when a sale has taken place. All you need to do is place banner or text ads on your website embedded with your affiliate ID. It costs nothing to join, and free analytics let you see how many click-throughs you are generating.

8. How Do I Get Paid?

All affiliate payments are made via PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, please sign up for one first. It usually takes a few days for PayPal to verify your information.

You also need to make sure your payment method and PayPal email address are correctly entered in your weDevs affiliate account. Any account set up incorrectly will not be paid for that cycle.

9. When Are Payouts Made?

At the end of each month, we run a report to see how many affiliate sales were made. Each transaction is manually audited due to an increase in affiliate fraud. Assuming your affiliate commissions are valid (see “I Made a Sale but Didn’t Get Paid” below), payments for the prior month will be sent to your PayPal account by the end of the next month.

For example, if you had three sales in September, you will be paid by October 31st. The minimum payout amount is $300.

10. Can I Earn Commissions from My Own Purchases?

No. You will not receive credit when purchasing one or more products through your own affiliate link. You may receive an automatic notification that a sale has taken place, but your affiliate payout will not include this amount.

Using another email address or any other method to get around this will not work. It is very easy for us to tell whether someone purchased our products through their own affiliate link. If there is any question about the legitimacy of an affiliate sale, you will not be paid.

11. Can I Earn Commissions from Upgrades?

No. We do not offer commission on upgrades or license renewals.

12. How Long Does an Affiliate Referral Last?

Whenever a visitor clicks through your affiliate link, a 30-day cookie is set. If they make a purchase within those 30 days (and they do not clear their cookies), you get credit for the sale.

13. How Does the Affiliate Cookie Work?

When someone clicks your affiliate link, they are redirected to our website and a cookie (affwp_ref) is set with your affiliate ID. As long as they do not clear their cookies or click another affiliate link before checking out, the sale will be credited to you.

If a visitor already has an affiliate cookie set for our site — for example, they arrived through another affiliate’s link two days earlier and are still researching — a new affiliate cookie will not be placed. Only the first referrer gets the commission.

14. Can I Use Paid Search to Promote FlyCRM?

Yes, with some limitations. You may advertise on platforms such as Google, Yahoo, Bing, and Facebook as long as you stay within the following guidelines:

  • You may not bid on weDevs brand-related keywords such as “FlyCRM”, “weDevs”, “Dokan”, “WP Project Manager”, “WP User Frontend Pro”, or any other variation of the weDevs brand.
  • You may use generic terms such as “WordPress Multivendor Plugin”, “WordPress Marketplace Plugin”, “WordPress Project Management Plugin”, or “WordPress Application Plugin”.

All affiliate sales generated during a month in which you advertised on weDevs branded keywords will be nullified and the commissions not paid out.

15. Can I Set Up a Dedicated Website to Promote FlyCRM?

Technically yes, but you may not use domain names containing weDevs brand-related keywords (for example, flycrm-plugin.com or wedevs-coupons.net) for the sole purpose of affiliate click-through. You also may not mislead visitors with masked URLs or inaccurate coupon-code links (such as “click me for 20% off”).

These kinds of websites are against our affiliate terms and are also likely to be viewed by Google as link schemes. Any affiliate sales made through dedicated brand-keyword sites or misleading coupon codes will be voided and not paid.

16. I Made a Sale but Didn’t Get Paid

If you made a sale but never received payment for it, it was most likely voided during our audit, or your affiliate account is incomplete. At a minimum, we must have your full name, email address, country, a completed tax form, and your “Payout Method” set on the “Payout Details” page.

If we suspect a fraudulent affiliate sale, the commission will not be paid out and the affiliate risks losing their affiliate account. If you forgot to set your “Payout Method” and commissions have already been paid for that month, you will be paid the following month instead.

We occasionally make mistakes, so if you have a valid case, please send our support team a message with the details of your transaction. Unpaid transactions older than 60 days cannot be disputed.

17. Minimum Payout Amount

We pay our affiliate partners once a month. A minimum of $300 USD in credit is required to get paid.

18. Why Do I Need to Submit a Tax Form?

As a US company, we are legally required to collect either a W-9 (US affiliates) or a W-8BEN (non-US affiliates) before any affiliate commissions are paid out. You do not need a tax form on file to activate your account and promote our products, but you will need one before any commissions are paid to you.

You only have to do it once, and it takes less than 5 minutes. The process is paperless and can be signed digitally — no printing, scanning, or mailing required.

If you earn $500 or more in the current year, we will file a 1099-MISC that includes your affiliate earnings. Without this form on file we cannot process your affiliate commissions, though your sales will continue to accumulate in the meantime.

If you fail to submit a completed tax form before December 31 of the current year, you will forfeit all affiliate commissions earned during that year. To submit your tax form, log in to your affiliate account and open “Payout Details” for instructions.

19. I Made a Sale but It’s Showing Up as a Credit

This usually means a purchase was reversed due to a fraudulent transaction. Our payment gateway automatically refunds the money, which means the commission you earned is returned as well. It can also mean the affiliate sale was reversed because it was not made in line with our affiliate guidelines.

20. Can I Promote FlyCRM in the Forums?

No. Spamming the forums or creating profile signatures embedded with affiliate links is not allowed. Access to the forums is a privilege, and violating this rule may result in termination of your affiliate account, including withholding any outstanding payments.

21. Promotion Ideas

The great thing about affiliate programs is that you can be as creative as you like. Most people take the easy route of placing affiliate banners on their site and hoping someone eventually clicks. While this is fine, it is not always the most effective method.

Take a two-pronged approach: use banners on your site, but also leverage the power of a blog post. Writing a review of FlyCRM will not only bring more traffic to your site, it is far more likely to generate an affiliate sale. People search the web for product reviews before buying — they are already in buying mode, and if your review convinces them, they will click your affiliate link. Of course, keep your reviews honest and explain why you like the product.

22. Legal

weDevs reserves the right to decline payments, suspend accounts, and/or terminate any affiliate account without notice. This may be due to one or more of the following reasons:

  • Providing false and/or misleading information about weDevs discount codes
  • Running paid search engine marketing campaigns (e.g. Google Ads) on the weDevs brand-related keywords listed above
  • Using link farms, spamming forums or websites, and/or taking part in any illicit acts to drive traffic to your affiliate links

Pending payments for the current month will not be paid to any terminated affiliate. All decisions are final, and terminated or suspended accounts will not be reinstated.
