FlyCRM Pro 1.2.0 brings lead scoring to your CRM.
Every contact and lead now gets a score from 0 to 100, so you can see who is ready to buy and act on it automatically. This release also adds HubSpot, Help Scout, AWeber and Google Workspace integrations, a CRM Admin role, and a round of fixes, including updates from the Plugins screen that work again.
FlyCRM Pro 1.2.0 needs FlyCRM 1.2.0, released the same day. Here's everything that's new.
Lead scoring
- New: Every contact and lead gets a score from 0 to 100, built from what the CRM already records (form submissions, calls, meetings, logins, orders, replies, quote views, deal progress and completed tasks) plus company and order fit. Scores fade over time.
- New: See your hottest leads at a glance: a colour-coded score column on contacts, a Lead Score card with history on every contact and lead, and a Hot Leads dashboard widget. Set the rules, limits and colours in Settings › Lead Scoring.
- New: Automate on score. Workflows get lead score conditions and a "Lead score changed" trigger.
HubSpot integration
- New: Sync contacts one way or both ways, connected with a HubSpot private app token. Life stage maps both ways, and the latest change wins.
Help Scout integration
- New: Help Scout customers become contacts, and their conversations show on the contact in real time. Existing customers are imported once. It is read-only: nothing is written back to Help Scout.
AWeber integration
- New: Two-way sync with one AWeber list. Sync Now also sends your existing contacts.
Google Workspace integration
- New: Add a Google Meet link to a meeting and send calendar invites to the owner, the deal's contacts or any email address. Editing the meeting updates the event, removing the link cancels it after you confirm, and FlyCRM asks you to reconnect if Google access is revoked. Each user connects their own Google account.
Roles & access
- New: A CRM Admin role runs the whole CRM, settings and team included, without WordPress admin rights. A CRM Admin cannot edit administrators or editors, and can only give CRM roles.
- Fix: "Private (only me)" email templates are private.
Dokan
- Improvement: Quiet vendors. A daily check tags vendors with no recent sale, logs it on their timeline, can create a "Win back" call task for the owner, and can start a workflow.
Email templates
- Improvement: The email template picker is searchable, and works when you log an email as well as when you send one, on leads, contacts, deals and companies.
- Fix: Pressing Enter in the template search no longer logs the email.
Mailchimp & MailPoet
- Improvement: Clearer Mailchimp and MailPoet settings.
- Fix: A contact from a form is sent to Mailchimp and MailPoet once, not twice; Mailchimp makes no doubled API calls, contact imports are not slowed down by pushes, and the inbound sync works with trashed contacts.
Import & custom fields
- Improvement: Contact import reads custom field columns from your CSV.
- Fix: URL custom fields save exactly as you type them.
Workflows
- Fix: Workflow triggers from features that load after Workflows now start runs.
Quotes, invoices & contracts
- Fix: The Modern PDF template renders, and its labels no longer run into the dates; Pro quotes, invoices and contracts follow your Date Format setting.
Licensing & updates
- Fix: Updates from the Plugins screen work again, without the "Update package not available" error; a licence you activate or deactivate shows in the update check right away, not up to three hours later.
- Improvement: Runs on PHP 8.0.2 and WordPress 6.5, the same as the free plugin. Needs FlyCRM 1.2.0 or later: on an older FlyCRM, Pro pauses and asks you to update FlyCRM instead of showing errors.
AI assistants (MCP)
- Fix: AI assistants find a contact by the full name shown for them, and old MCP logs and sign-ins are cleaned up on schedule.
Dashboard & interface
- Fix: Free plugin layouts no longer collapse when Pro is active, and the email (IMAP) sync starts again once Pro is active again.
- Fix: Smaller fixes: Settings › Pipelines spacing, dashboard cards that fit a phone and do not stretch, and a consistent design across Pro screens.
For developers
- New: The flycrm_dokan_vendor_dormant action fires when a Dokan vendor goes quiet.
Wrapping up
That is FlyCRM Pro 1.2.0: lead scoring that shows who is ready to buy, four new integrations and a CRM Admin role, on top of the self-hosted CRM you already own.
Update FlyCRM to 1.2.0 first, then update Pro from FlyCRM › License or the Plugins screen. New to Pro? Explore it on the pricing page.
